Enjoy an evening of festivities, food, and fun with youth from Havre-Saint-Pierre before departing and sailing back around the west side of Anticosti Island bound for Forillon and Baie-de-Gaspé, where the Appalachian mountains take their final plunge into the Gulf of the St. Lawrence at Le Bout du Monde
Passing under the legendary Phare de Cap Gaspé, you’ll enter Baie de Gaspé, home to Forillon National Park, the Notre Dame mountains and many historic and natural landmarks. Docking in Gaspé, spend your last night aboard relaxing and enjoying the company of your shipmates in this scenic small town.
Valued at $2,550 – the S2S Sailing Access Fund supports youth who would otherwise not be able to experience the adventure and wonder of sail training by covering some or all travel and program costs.
